Housing Development in Cape Town

Some say that it is possible and but many say that it is not possible to create affordable housing for masses for under R400k. Some of the people that do say that it is possible is CommuniTgrow.

Within the next few weeks, depending on time and how much I am actually interested in this book and what might happen in the next 3-6 years, I will be reading their book on how they propose this can be done... and will post up some thoughts to which ever chapters intrigue me most.

But for now, I suggest that we start considering and thinking as involved citizens as to where and how we see this city growing.
